The one one the left is a tugboat, the one on the right a ferry boatAt 4.25" from bow to stern, the ferryboat is the larger of the two.
The tugboat is .25" smaller.
Both have wheels on their undersides for efficient and effective sailing over your floor.

in poodle form
Our golden poodle friend can be used to hold little candies, little jewels, little coins, etc
He's 4-3/8" tall.

That whatsis he's holding?
It's mistletoe, likely for kissing purposes.
J. P. stands 3.5" tall, and is as handsome a cat as you could possibly desire.
