suh'm kinda oddball

A couple of years ago I got this little bound collection of circa 1939 postcards and arcade cards.

Included are a few 'Luv Letter' cards.

Here's one:

Follow the directions at the bottom of the card, i.e. Starting with the first line read every other line, to learn the secret of this Luv Letter.

Clever, huh?

I christened this one 'Mrs. Paley's handbag' since it looks EXACTLY what you'd see Babe Paley carrying in magazine/newspaper photos from back in the day,
only her's would have an Hermès scarf tied around the handles.
