The Tuesday Song of the Week

A shame this this band was basically a one-hit wonder:

In our first or second - or maybe it was our third - year in high school, one of my friends and I struck up a friendship with a girl a year ahead of us, named Libby Thayer.

Libby was hyLARIOUS.  

I always think of her when I hear this song, because once she hipped us to the fact that the good doctor's name was pronounced 'BuzzARD' and not 'buzzard' like the bird.

Wish she was googleable, but I've always come up empty.
