The find of the month!

Last month.

At least, I think it was last month.

As you may recall from an earlier post, I'm somewhat lacking in merch management ability.

Then again, does it matter all that much,

when the find is...

A REAL crocodile briefcase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found -- get this -- at Salvation Army.

  1. I love a great thrift store treasure. I popped into my goodwill today and found ink for my printer for $2. A $50 value! Not as exciting as crocodile, but still a treasure!

  2. It's always a special pleasure to find something I use personally for WAY less than it would cost new.

  3. Nice briefcase! I passed over a mint condition Samsonite vintage suitcase with key at the Sally as it was $5.99 which I thought was too much. Looked it up though and saw they can go for 50 bucks on Ebay, so my bad! One tip- I do wish you would not use the diagonal angle for all your pics. It is like trying to read something sideways.

  4. The thumbnails on Etsy are square, so a wide or long item, if photographed non-diagonally, gets cut off either at the ends or top/bottom.

It bugs me too, a little, but I think I have a better chance at selling something if all of it is visible in the thumbnail.

Now go out and look for more vintage luggage!!!
