If you didn't live in New Jersey, what would you assume a 'package store' sold?

Business supply in the form of packaging?

In NJ, a package store is another name for liquor store.

Alas, Ted's is not googleable.

Or not.  Either Tombrow, nor Tom Brothers turn up on the 'net. 

There is a Tom's Liquor in Camden.  Maybe there's a connection there.  Or not.
